How did you view life afterwards as opposed to before?

yep afterwards Why am i still here thats what makes no sense

yes i had, i nearly drowned in a lake and after that day i
seen alot of things differently. I worried less about the day
to day things that other people around me were and thy-ed
enjoy everything and everyone from then on, from time to
time when things get bad i just take a time out and think back
to that day and it brings me back to the right way to think.

Funny, it didnt change me at all at the time, but now, 20 years later it kinda bothers me. Not the "ohh, what would I have done if i was dead" thing, but just the thought that I nearly saw and felt dying
