There are two ways to do it. I found that it was easier to list an ad in the local paper of the places for rent. When someone on section 8 applies; you will have to do a yearly rental agreement and fill out forms from section 8. Then they will require an inspection. If the home/apartment passes their inspection, then you can rent it out this way. After you get the first one done, the rest are easier because you will be on the list.
You can call your local section 8 office and they will send you details and all requirements needed.
