it could be oral thrush,take a trip to your doctor to get it checked out.

It's typically due to dehydration.
If you especially notice it after you wake up, it's because you are sleeping with you mouth open.
Brush your tongue gently when you brush your teeth. Use mouthwash. Drink water before you go to sleep. Use Breathright Nasal Strips to allow you to breath better through your nose (also you'll get better sleep and prevent snoring). You can get them in bulk on eBay for cheap.

Could be thrush or a fungal infection. Have you been on antibiotics coz that can sometimes cause it

bacteria caused by gum disease, or a dry mouth. seing your dentist or even brushing your tongue & using mouthwash will cure it.

It could just be a pus sac or maybe a staph infection... let's hope its not mouth cancer. Better see a doctor soon.
