Wow, gorgeous dress!!! Very nice taste. So, what eye makeup to apply with it, huh? Okay, I suggest you to wear medium/dark brown on your top eyelid part (underneath the fold if you're not Asian), a lighter shade of brown as you go higher and a shimmery gold on the contour (the area underneath and nearest to your eyebrow). Don't do too much, but just noticeable enough. Or, for a softer, feminine look if you want, try a medium violet instead of the dark brown and lavender on the contour.
Now, I'm not sure if you want it, but let me suggest blush and lipstick as well.
Lipstick: a very light (and shimmery, if possible) violet and traced with a darker shaded lipliner. Or, for more boldness, try a prune colored lipstick. Very nice if you have a chocolate complexion.
Blush: a pastel pink or medium earth tone. Definitely. No matter what complexion!!
And as for your hair, try down. Well-brushed and maybe parted to the side. If not, try a bun with a noticeable scrunchie of a bold color.
Hope this helped, good luck and have fun! : )

i would say to line your eyes with a dark brown eyeliner, and then sweep a shimmery light brown over the liner on your top lids, and into the crease of your lid. smudge a tiny bit of shimmery shadow in the inside corner of your eyes to really open your eyes up. if you want to darken it up a little, go over the liner on your top lids with the same liner or even smudge a dark brown shadow into your lashline (be sure to blend the shimmery shadow and the darker shadow a bit). finish it off with two coats of mascara (black or dark brown, whichever you prefer. black goes better with darker hair, blondes dont need to go so dark.)
for lips i would recommend a stain (not red, go a bit more purpley...like a burgundy.), that way you can simply bring gloss with you for the night, without having to keep reapplying lip color. if you do choose to wear a lipstick, make it sheer, it looks much more natural, and you dont want to draw attention away from that gorgeous dress :)

oooh that's a pretty dress! have funnn wearing it =)
for your makeup, since it's beige, i would say to go with a lot of natural earthy tones.. browns and such. i love contouring! so here's some tips i can give you on that..
for your face:
if you use foundation and concealer apply that
a good idea for an even complexion is tinted moisturizer
then apply a bronzer (i like wet and wild haha) or if you'd like you can even use an eyeshadow for this! if you have fair/beige skin use a taupe colour (loreal wear infinite shadow in smooth latte) it'll provide a good contrast to your light complexion.. if you have golden/bronze skin use brown (loreal wear infinite shadow in brushed suede) since it will be easily blendible andd if you have darker/deep coloured skin use a dark brown (loreal wear infinite shadow in deep mocha) it's rich and will show on your darker skin tone. apply the shadow or bronzer under your cheekbones using a blush brush. make sure to lightly blend it in so that it looks natural! then apply it to the sides of your nose, under your jaw, and at the sides of your forehead. then try a highlighter (if you like cheap but good quality still like meee try wet n wild's face illuminator in 344 sunkissed or megaeyes shadow pot singles in cream) and apply it on your cheekbones. if you use the illuminator use your fingers to blend it in and if you use the shadow use a shadow brush. okayy now your face is ready =)
for your eyes:
use an eyeshadow that is taupe or brown, preffarably the colour matching your skintone. blend it in using your fingers up to your eyebrows. then line the bottom of your eyes with a black eyepencil and if you'd like to be more dramatic (which i lovee!) use any liquid liner in black to line the top of your eyes as well. thenn use a mascara to bring out those eyelashes and voila =)!
for your lips i suggest a light brown colour... either gloss or lipstick.. another trick which is really cool that i love to use is concealer! lol or if you can find a lipstick in that shade that's great! but if you mat a little concealer on your lips.. not too much! it gives a great colour and the effect of nude/bare lips. you can apply gloss if you want over that..
wellll hope i helped =)

Use dark brown mascara and eyeliner and then maybe a peach-ish shade of lipstick & gloss. Plus an eyeshadow that matches your complextion.

Ah that's beautiful, very nice dress. You can use the same shade of color on your eyes with black eyeliner, and a light lipstick.

i would go for champagne tones and creams on the eyes with some brown lips either play them up with something bright or keep them simple and nude hair up definitely to see the gorgeous back detail

That dress gives me a hollywood glamour vibe like Christina Aguilara. I see pink blush, red lipstick, and mascara with brown eyeshadow.

I would go with a dark hue of gray eyeshadow, a pink blush, and a plumping pink lip gloss.
