USC has a top undergrad business school in both fields.

The UC schools and Stanford are liberal arts schools with economics majors, but without business majors. That said, UCLA does offer a very strong undergrad minor in accounting; so that minor, in conjunction with an econ degree, would probably set you up well.

Undergrad biz majors are available in the Cal State system. The strongest program is at San Diego State. San Jose State also has a good faculty.

Stanford has an excellent business school -- but it is a graduate school only.

The best undergraduate business school in California is The Haas School of Business at UC-Berkeley (nationally ranked #3 undergrad, behind Wharton and MIT). UCLA will be second. Any of the UC schools will be excellent. USC is fairly good also.
