I am so saddened by this, and yes, I am shocked. He knew what he was doing. Those with him said this is a freak accident and it is possible that the stingray was startled. He was a great conservationist and was always for the animals. I will miss his crazy face and funny comments. My condolences go out to his family. I can't even imagine what they are feeling. I just hope that people understand that others do this daily...they risk their lives in the same way.....I've seen Jeff Corwin get injured many more times than Steve did. This was his passion and he went out doing his passion. That has to be the best way to go. Peace.

It is really sad, especially because he left behind a wife and two young children. He was definitely a friend to the animals. But what about all the anonymous people of the world who die in freak accidents? Why doesn't anybody care about them or get all freaked out when they die? Just a thought. We give celebrities too much attention.

each and every cellular has DNA and it is consisted of two strands tightly woven around one yet another. the element that forestalls the two strands from breaking aside is termed a telomeric cap (it is random nucleotide sequences referred to as nonsense codons. Codon is a three sequence of nucleotides that codes for amino acids eg. CUU is a amino acid referred to as proline . A nonsense codon is one that doesnt code for any amino acid production) each and every time your cells divide a small sequence is lost there via lowering the steadiness of the cellular's DNA (in layman's words). this might finally lead do maximum of Ur cells' DNA starting to be volatile. and oftentimes while a mistake occurs in DNA the cellular will carry out vehicle cytolysis (cellular suicide) to avert issues. So once you're old maximum of ur cells telomeric caps would be low and that they are vendors to die while they attempt to divide.. Whats rather exciting approximately this thought is the consequence it has on evolution (using fact this occurs on the two meiotic to boot as mitotic divisions. meaning that a species grows old too in the previous it mutates.. yet thats a distinctive tale)

That was pretty shocking. It is sad. His wife is left to raise their small children. It seems unbelievable because he wrestled Crocodiles, and we think of him as invincible. WOW!
