What high speed internet is available in Bohol, Philippines?

Specifically, in Tubigon, Bohol, Philippines.

My fiancee's family lives there, and we are wanting to install internet for them, so we can chat with them and watch them on cam. Most of the services I'm finding are dial-up.

So, if anyone knows a high-speed option, I'd love to hear about it.

Still looking for an answer if anyone has one.. The option already offered is in Metro Manila, not Tubigon, Bohol.
