u see, i am having a cable connection speed of up to 4000kbps, i was downloading some documents, n i can see i am having a downloaded speed of only 4kBps, so does it mean i am having only 32kbps of downloaded speed?

i paid for 4000kbps of connection cable speed, i know its a shared connection, so am i having a very slow connection speed ? ( i've stated @ my Q)

depending on your asking..
if you have a 56k connection, you will download at 4-5kb/s depending on your phone line quality, etc.
If you have a 28k connection.. you will download at like 2.8kb/s
but then again im not sure what you're asking...
