Most women want tone not bulk... What I would reccomend is high protein, low fat, and make sure you eat a good ballance of raw fruits and veggies. Lots of push-ups and sits ups or crunches are great for tone and strength.. also if you have access to a pool, swimming several laps at a time (30-45 minutes like a workout) will give you strength and tone plus since it is cardio it is good for your heart too. Good luck.

Creating does NOT do much for you. Creatine is mostly water weight, so once you stop taking it - your muscles will literally shrink. Your best bet is to lift weights heavy enough that you can only do 4-8 reps for each set. Take a weightgainer powder, protein, a multivitamin, and amino acids. Also, watch what you eat. Eat a lot of carbs, but make sure it is balanced with protein. DIfferent things work with different people.

RhinoBoy is wrong - LESS weight MORE reps will tone, not BUILD muscle. MORE weight LESS reps builds muscle. Check any muscle building web-site.

creatine is amazing and you will see results in bout 2 weeks. however the taller you are the less effect it will have. if you are like 5'8 or less and have at least a little bit of fat, creatine will work magic. you need to also bench while using it tho.

The Bigger Faster Stronger program is excellent for teaching athletes to build muscle and condition themselves properly.
It is an excellent program that really teaches you how to balance yorself in the weight room to maximize gains.

Maximize the weights you use, as long as you can safely do 4-8 reps IN GOOD FORM.
Form is everything for weight lifting and muscle building, if you don't use good form, you can get injuries extremely easily, and it lessens your gains in the weight room.

any kind of protien drink or protien bars. our bones and muscles are made up of protien so the more protien you take in the more fat you push out of your body and the bigger your muslces will be. its a proven fact. creatine is also helpful in building muscle, so i would suggest getting a protien shake drink with creatine in it. good luck

Aerobics, martial arts, weight training ( a lot of girls worry that it will add too much bulk, but it won't as long as you stick to slightly smaller weights), Pilates, Boflex? ...etc. Also yoga ... depends which kind you try though. I'd recommend Ashtanga for you as its purpose is to develop toned muscles.

Less wieght more Reps. Stay away from supplements at first. Watch your diet. If you want bulk, more carbs and protiens, but be sure you are active enough to burn them otherwise you just get fat & tired.
