eating a lot isn't the answer. be thankful you don't have an obesity problem like most other people. just eat the normal amount, and eat healthy foods. exercise gains muscle and that helps. that's pretty much all you can do. know that boys grow late in life, so you might just need to wait!

You have a tape worm. You need to get rid of it. Then you will gain weight. Sleep with a raw piece of meat on your stomach. The worm will come out of your belly button and go into the meat. It normally takes 2 or 3 nights. Use the same meat. The worm will know if you change meat and avoid it. . Don't refrigerate the meat once you start. Once worm is contained in meat, throgh it away wrapped in foil Do not eat it

you have high metabolism and good genetics, your lucky Im the oposite! But if you want to put meet on your bones you have to do it the hard way, build muscle, sit-ups and crunches will build your abs, get a weight bench or set of curling wieghts and do regular work outs. but unless you are 17-18 your muscles isn't ready for extreme building, make sure to take a day off after a good weight lifting session and give you muscles time to rebuild. Or one day work on your legs and the next day work on your arms. Also at you local GNC you should be able to find products to help you put on wieght

I am a firm believer that if you do plenty of exercise - sensible stuff like sports, swimming, running etc (not killing a few muscle groups down the gym) that your body tells you pretty accurately through hunger how much you should eat.
In short: excercise well and eat untill you are full!

it's your metalbolism. it's probably really fast so you don't get fat even if you eat a lott.
well if you want to get bigger eat high-calorie and high fat foods before you sleep. all the calories will stay with you.
don't eat too much because when you get older your metabolism slows, so if you eat the same amount, you'll gain lots of weight.
