such as the nose eyes lips my friend says he can tell by looking at someone nose if their italian how can you find out if someone is dutch or swedish heritage if they dont speak the langyuage?

physical features do not tell what a persons heritage is because we have watered down the lineage so much through intermarriages that we don't really have a way to identify and persons who believe they can tell where such abd such person is from take a look at my family no one has yet been able to identify my looks.

There is too much variation in human characteristics to be able to tell 100% what nationality they are.
When you say - Italian, or Dutch - you're speaking of nationality (not race).

u can recognise people from physical features of some races but not all people.
