Ok there was this girl that used to like me since high school I am know in college I am 18 she is 16. She told me she liked me and I used to think I liked her. Then when I saw her I thought she very pretty and I really connected with her, but was too young for me.(This was a couple of months back) So I stopped answering her phone calls.My mom advice me to stop seeing her!! then she finally got me to admit that I didnt want her anymore and that I just wanted to be friends. I always liked her but she is just too young. I did flirt with her a couple of times but she never paid attention. I think she is a great girl. but now she told me she think someone else likes her and she might go ahead and give him a chance. I am jelous and I want her back because we really did connect and I like her. I just could not deal with the age factor. I call her and she doesnt answer what should I do? do you think she still might like me?

I dont think you really like her.You probably only want her back because shes interessted in someone else now.people always seem to want what they can't have. Her being 16 is too young for you since you're 18.When you're in you're 20's or 30's, 2 years age difference doesnt mean a whole lot but at youre age its HUGE.Too many different social settings and things like that. Besides youre probably going to college soon so im sure you'll find the perfect girl there that you will have more in common with.And if it was meant to be then in a few years you will get back with her. Besides , why would you want to tie yourself down at your age?You have your whole life for relationships.Enjoy being young...its passes you way too fast. Take it from someone who knows.

How can you get back what was never lost. You can't lose a relationship that never was ? The "age factor" is a biggie ,for BOTH
of you. You're kids ( sorry ) and you're both fickle.

Hang around with her and just become really close friends. But because of the age factor, maybe you could somehow find a way to have her like you back, then wait for about two more years, then you two can start dating or something. If she doesn't want to date, just become really close friends.

Well i would say to try to get back in thepicture, talk to her more, hang out more, get to become really close, so you become her friend and if you still really like her show her how much you care by always being there for her, its the little things that count, so just start off by seeing if you really care for her as much as you think right now...you never know you can be totally crushing on this girl and it turns out what/who youthought she was probaly isn't the same girl you liked...
