Daily, of course!

Asking the question isn't unusual. As long as you keep coming up with a good answer....

I can not answer this question as a "normal" person, I do not meet the criteria. I do know that I ask myself several times a day. If I were in your shoes, I would at the very least call a crisis hot line to talk with someone about your issues. Depression is a mean nasty thing to have to deal with, especially if you are dealing with it alone.

I sometimes ask why I was put on this earth and be tortured every time my kids and husband get on my nerve but I don't honestly mean it of course! We all get to the point of hopelessness but knowing that we are here for a reason is what keeps us from hurting ourselves. If anyone feels beyond help they should seek help from friends and family or their pastor from church. No one should have to live like that! There is always help available for people for any kind of need. It's easier said than done b'cause a lot of people lack the trust in others enough to seek the help and that's a shame....

None. Sounds like you need therapy. There is sliding fee scales if money is a factor. The crisis line in your area most likely has that information.i have a depression problem and I know it is difficult.I get help, take medication ,go to therapy and meet with a social worker 4 hours a week.[We go shopping, walking, the movies, just find some fun diversion that keeps me well balanced.]It is worth it to go on living tho' some days it is hard. Good luck finding the help you need.

Said person is probably depressed and should talk to a counsler. Having someone to lean on, (and possibly medication to help balance brain chemicals) can really help.
I don't think anyone should question living on a routine basis. Actually considering taking your own life should be a sign that you need professional help.

life does get tough sometimes. there's no normal amount as everyone's different. i used to be very depressed all the time, suicidal, everything. by heartbreak and other losses i learned to just go on. yea it's hard, but just try and make the best of everything. try to be kind to everyone, to make others happy. u'll feel good inside. Life is hard, but just keep going, and i promise, things'll get better. then they'll get crappy, but we'll get better at dealing with things. it's a hard subject i kno, but it's better to just keep going.
