Ok my ac power adapter cord for my laptop broke and I need a new one. I went to best buy to check out some of the universal power adapter cords, but my laptop model was not listed under the compatibility list. They told me I may have to go my manufaturer and get my power cord adapter replaced, but I lost all my manufacter info, model number info, all that paperwork that came with my laptop I lost. All I know is I have a Microtel Laptop. Anyone know where I can find a AC Power adapter for t his type of laptop? WHAT DO I DO!!! HELP

Order a new one, or get a used one off eBay. Just make sure that it's from your original manufacturer.
BTW, your model number, serial number, etc., should all be on your computer somewhere, usually on the bottom. Just take a look.

You can put it all on a sd card or a external hard drive then download those files to the ne computer. That is what I did and it worked. Tell me if it works for you.
