My choice would be the 70's, cool clothes, cool music, cool movement, not as much worries then as today.

the 1950 to 1960. there was peace and prosperity from the end of the korean war til the hippy generation. a person could expect to be able to have a good job and keep it as long as they wanted it. a relationship meant that you would marry and raise a family.crime was punished and people could walk the street or ride public transit without fear.it seemed that people respected each other more.

Well, I've lived through nearly three decades as of the present. It's hard to say, but I know I wouldn't want to relive the 80's. LOL.

I guess the 70's wouldn't have been too bad. I was only around during the last three years of the 70's, so I can't say I remember much about it.

I've heard the 1920's were crazy. I mean, women were (finally) allowed to vote during that decade. I don't think they called it "The Roaring Twenties" for no reason ;)

I would definatly live in the 70's also. There were no drive by random shootings, or nearly as much crime. PLus the cool music, and clothes, and stuff. It was such a simpler time where it was safe to walk outside at night, or let your kids play outside. Everyone was much more respectful, and happy. But I'd also like to live in the renassance period, because of the intrsting discoveries and culture! Great Q by the way!

The Roaring 20's. I just have liked it since I was young. Dapper hats, doing the Charleston, and dancing all night long to jazz music, seems like it would be fun. It would be priceless to experience what Langston Hughes and Josephine Baker went through.

The fifties in America was wonderful. People were nice to each other and could be trusted. Lawyers hadn't ruined our society yet.

50s to early 60s. Good tunes, cute dresses on women, hot cars, roaring economy, space, less crowded, fun style.
