my wife has been a fan since she was in nappies, we went to Graceland's a couple of years ago and it is a life changing experience. I was never a lover of 60's music more into ac/dc Judas priest etc, but i can listen to him and he seems to have been a genuine nice down to earth guy who was duped by the colonel.
HE DEFINITELY DIED BEFORE HIS TIME

Elvis yes he was cool. He was also the first guy in music to wear Eye Liner! Look close at some of the old pic's! lol
'Pretorian' I'll be down in Natal again this summer (S.A summer not that thing we have here in the U.K which is just a warm breeze) and I'm sure your Elvis guy would make a good night out and a change from stuffing my face at Ocean Basket, Spur's or Nandos! lol make sure to post his name if ya find it!

Yes I like Elvis too. I like his Gospel music and his other music that he played. My Mom liked Elvis and when I was in school(many years ago) the kids in my class would put his music on. Sometimes I would hear it on the radio too.

I discovered Elvis in 1965 when I was 10
I still love him
When he died I cried myself to sleep every night for more than a week.
To save you working it out I am now 51.

Elvis is the MAN... Some people think he is cheesy but he is a great musician... and a showman. What can top that? He is also a great guitar player. His passionate strumming in "That's alright" is remarkable.
