We've been dating for a year now. Sometimes we go several days without seeing each other and then when we do, he can't even give me a hug or say I missed you. When we're together, he's more interested in his football games or races than me. Then he has the nerve (during a break of course) to grab my hand and say come on, i need some. I know i'm not the greatest lookin woman in the world, but I have put more than my 110% into this. He never comes to my house, I always go to him. The other mornin before he left to go to work, I asked him if he would just hold me for a few minutes.......his answer.....NO I don't have time and I might fall asleep again. When I tried to explain the way I felt about all this to him, he said I was gonna have to quit being so demanding.....he's giving me all he feels he needs too. Are all men this insensitive and if not, where can I find one?

No, not all men are like that. If you are not satisfied in the relationship now when it is new and young, things will not likely get better as you get older. Think seriously about what you want out of life and a relationship. Don't settle for second best. Life is too short and precious to be unhappy. Tempus fugit - time flies.

No. All men are not that bad. You are letting him treat you the way he does. You don't have to be the best looking woman, you just have to take good care of yourself and feel good about yourself.
Do not allow this man to use you as his tension reliever. You are putting in 110 percent because he's not putting anything into it at all. Give him a chance to miss you. He is right about one thing though. He is giving you all that he needs to because you are willing to go the extra step.

Inside of you! Yep... There is a song by India Arie and she says "if you want a butterfly, you've got to be a butterfly." Adorn and adore yourself and that man will notice. Live your authentic life and it will draw people in... at the very least some one better than him. He's emotionally abusive and you deseserve better!

All men are not like him. Sadly, many are but not all. It's obvious he could care less about you. His only interest is himself and that includes what he wants from you. He just wants to use you at his convenience. Get away from this guy. You can do so much better than him. Quit giving yourself away so freely. There's much truth in the old saying; "Why buy the cow if you get the milk for free anyway".

By all mean, marry this guy. Then, you'll have fun for the rest of your life, being less important than football, baseball, hockey, auto racing, and basket weaving. Miss, if he treats you like this now, and you allow it- you must agree that you need no more, and should be grateful for whatever scraps of attention Mr. Wonderful see fit to toss your way. Get a little pride, and boot his butt out of your life.

hi my name is April and my freind sarah is here to and we both think that if he thinks that he can stop loving you then we think that teheir is no point in being in this relationship if all he wants to do is play his football games and racing then he should just date tehem and not you we think that if he dosnt decide that he is in love with you then you should break up with him and let him fill the pain and unlovingness that you felt i know what if fills like to be unloved and wanting to have someone but after a while he wile decide he needs you so you should just wait on him or lose him

It sounds like he is comfortable but he really isn't that "in" to you. You deserve better you want someone who can't get enough of you too!!! Let him go and allow yourself to find someone that makes you feel special. Don't go by looks, check out all the tv and movie stars that don't have good relationships. It is the person not the looks...move on girl!!!!!!!!

well,you will definately find your true love but accept the fact that this one is not for you and the sooner you get out of this the better for you......hes been taking you for granted and you are letting him do so,i suggest just move out of this and move on in life,make new friends and you'll find someone better you would love and respect you the way you do and thats what you deserve!!good luck!!

I fi were you I wouldnt date this man at all, it seems liek he is using you. If he doesn't hug, kiss, hold, talk about you then I dont think he really cares sometimes. I'd go out and find someother man who cares about me and break up with this one!
