First of all you need to describe the leak...Is it around the base of the loo...? If so a new wax ring needs to be installed....Is it leaking under the tank.....? could be the seal where the ball & cock assembley is...or the water supply line leaking...Is it coming over the tank lid...? could be an adjustment on the Ball & cock assemble or a bad one.......Is it overflowing when you flush....Possible a plugged drain line.....If you have any questions you could email me at wood42ras@yahoo.com
PS...the Phase Ball & cock assemble is what it is called here in the USA...

You can adjust the stop ball. Some have a screw set and on some you need to bend the rod.

For starters turn the water off underneath.
Take the top off remove the flush master and replace it.
