i want to talk to overseas friends using this facility. pl.guide me.

VoIP is a technology to use the internet as a media to transfer live voice to other person in oversea by internet phone.

You need to have a internet connection and also a IP phone(very cheap). Your oversea friend also needs internet and a IP phone. Then you dial up to your friend by ip address. Then you get connected and chat.

VoIP can be cheaper than long distance call because you only need to pay your local internet fee.
