The purpose of a job interview is to remove doubt in the employer's mind that you are the best candidate for the job.
Here are some areas you should address:

-Attention Getter and Introduction
-How you deal with conflict
-Demonstrate technical aptitude specific to the job you're applying for
-Your ability as a leader specifically your role on a project in school
-Talk about any real world experience relating to engineering
-Strong Conclusion

If you touch on all of the aforementioned areas, your presentation will be around 5 minutes. But, make sure and practice the presentation until you are comfortable and focus on using minimum filler words (Uh, Um, Ah, Like, etc). Good luck!
