A very philosophical question indeed. I remember my instructor asked me this question when i studied Western Philosophy.
I am the same person, but I have undergone physical, biological, and mental changes. Those changes are nothing but forms that are vulnerable to natural change, until I reach the inherent form I am destined to reach. However, my anatomy (my matter) is still the same, regardless of what form I may take.

No I am not the same person. Each day, we learn different things that define us only for a few days, but that also changes. I am in the same body but with some small changes. I think a little different. Greater changes are made by small ones, that's why when you're away for a time(ex. one year) when you return you can better see that some things have changed.
Every day, every hour something different is happening to us, some good some bad. It's how the way it is, nothing is ever the same in the Universe.

Basically the same as I was yesterday but not the same person I was 10 years ago. I suppose 10 years from now I will be different also.
The changes come slowly so they really can't be measured on a daily basis but when I think back to my teens, 20's and 30's I can definitely notice a difference each decade.

Why my friend, shall I not accept with thankfulness what I was, for what I am today I am because of my yesterday. I am today what I was yesterday, and some more. My yesterday, I hold like a dear one who holds unto me like a loyal friend, or a companion in my wisdom. And then I will find me again in my days that are to come, then to find all my previous by me, on my sides - walking. Some good, some not so good but all together - unquestioning. We live together longer then better we like each other with thankfulness in acceptance we melt. Tomorrow, I will still be me but again more than what I am now.
I know in the days to come the person I will not be anyone else but what I am today, for all the time that is to come springs forth from my hopes in today, that I will welcome with all the compassion and wisdom of my past days. Yes my friend, I am my past living and my future coming as I am the today wishing to catch each moment - passing.

The answer would be no. You hear something that changes views all of the time, the way we think shifts with what is happening in the world around us, and I can honestly say that I am not the same person that I was years ago and I hope to be an even better person in ten years

Yes, we are the same in all circumstances because each of us are eternal spirit soul within the body and our nature is not subject to the influence of time. Time influences everything within the material world, but we are spiritual and transcendental to time and the material nature. However, we are now inhabiting material bodies and under the influence of illusion we think we are the body. In this illusion we think we get old and die. Death is just a transformation the body goes through. Since we are not material, we never die or change.

No, none of us will be. We learn things each day abount ourselves, other people and the world we live in, that changes our perspective of things, whether we realise it or not, no matter how small those things are. Therefore, we are never as wise as we will be tomorrow but always wiser than yesterday.
