You gotta "create it". Very few are advertised. Do this:
1. Get a list of homes for rent in your desired area/price range.

2. Call and ask: "Will you take a long term lease that ends with an option to buy?"

3. Some will say: H. NO!
Some will say: Maybe, please explain.
Some will say: H. YES!

I'm in So Cal. Hire me, if you want help.
Good Luck!

Speak with a real estate agent in your town and find out if they handle rental houses with options to buy or lease options, etc.

do not DO IT. My husband and that i've got been doing it and we lost each and every thing. We placed 6,000 down and lost all of it. Plus we had to do each and all of the maintenance and lost ALL that money to boot. while you're gonna do it in simple terms be very careful. i could recommend which you have a lawyer look over the lease. PLEASE do not make the comparable mistake we did. wish this helps.
