Yes he died from a stingray. This is sad but it proves ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN even for someone like him who claimed he was "in complete control" even when he had his baby in one hand and a dead chicken in the other hand as food for a dangerous croc. It is very rare that a stingray kills a human but like I said it proves anything can happen. Better safe than sorry. RIP
