Yeah, your host will be your ISP provider for outlook if they support pop 3 mail accounts!

...Goto the home page of your (Internet Service Provider),-ISP. Query (goto the technical support page). Get the information about "SMTP" - (Soft Mail Transfer Protocol). Print the pages, and read them, then, input (type) the info into the corresponding "fields" (blank boxes) for Outlook to operate. Easier than one thinks. I did it and I am new to all of this as well.
