First of all, if your sons are minors, they should be receiving a portion of your disability payments, whether or not they live with you full-time. If they are receiving their own benefits under SSI, they can have both. Talk to Soc Security - and to the Medi-Caid offices in your county. They have people to help you with this issue.

Does MA mean Medicaid?

Are you sure your sons are on SSI? For them to be eligible for SSI they would both have to be disabled and medically and financially eligible. If they are indeed on SSI (Supplemental Security Income), yes, they are probably eligible for and already on Medicaid.

I have a feeling your sons are on SSDI based on your disability status and earnings. In that case it is necessary to apply for Medicaid at their local county health and human services department. Their income and that of their father's will be taken into account. Eligibility is different in every state.

Good luck!
