I have tried to gain weight since I was 8th grade and now I'm close to thirty and still remained weighting between 115-122lbs. I stand 5'6" well build but want to gain more weight to make more muscle. Yes, I have tried all kind of supplements and eats four times a day including snack but still no weight gain.

i had the same problem. i a senior in high school and i am right at 6 foot but only weigh about 125. i started out at about 115, but now im close to 130, because the neurologist put me on a medicine for migraines, but i would go to the doctor and see what they can do for you...i eat and eat all day long, and am finally gaining weight.

dont drink or smoke
dont do drugs.
be lazy enough...
