As far as I know G0y, (spelt with a zero, o.O) are gay guys who dont have anal sex, they call themselves "ultra-masculine" and refuse to have anything to do with gay culture.

Well, words have a way of changing overnight, but a Goy is a non-Jewish male. Other than that, I suppose it could mean anything given the nature of the sound of the word. You would have to direct this question to someone who is considerably younger than I.

G0YS (Spelled with a ZER0) are guys who find men physically & emotionally attractive, but (for whatever reason) are offended with the stigmas that currently define the 'gay community' in the public psyche. Anal-sex is not tolerated, and effeminate behavior is also rejected.
G0YS are homosexual or bisexual men that reject the lable of being 'gay'. Many g0y's claim to be 'straight' as they are involved in a marriage or other exclusive 'relationships' with women - but have deep feelings for masculine male affection as well. Sexual and physical contact is premissable as long as it does not involve anal-play/sex, which they find degrading. This is not exclusive to g0y's as many men that identify as gay, also do not particpate in anal sexual activities for various reasons, but also do not feel the need to seperate themselves with a new clever label.

a Goy is the Jewish name for non Jews, mostly Europeans. It is derived from an ancient Hebrew word from the bible which probably refers to the ancient Greeks or Minoans
