Texas is awesome! Incredible scenery, great people, great food, culture, history, and that Texas pride!
By the way, toecutter must be one of those f*gs from California.

Actually I thought it was a lot cleaner and nicer then anywhere else I have been in the U.S. It seemed like there were way less poor people there too. People were really friend and there was a nice atmosphere. I really enjoyed Austin and San Antonio. Even as a Canadian I really could appriciate the history behind the Alamo and all of Texas. It definitely deserves its special states in the States or the Union. Oh and I will never for get this super hot Police Officer who helped me and my friends when we got lost in Amarillo. He kept saying "Yes ma'am, and no ma'am" and then we would all collectively blush.
Oh and I forgot to mention that my Grandfather is buried in Fort Sam Huston so it makes it kind of a special place for me even though I am a Canuck.

A southern state that is so confused it thinks it is a western state. Most of it's population is east of the 100th meridian, the usual line for determining the dividing line of the American West.
It is almost universally hated in the states of New Mexico, Colorado and Arizona. Though we love to have them visit. During Indian Market in Santa Fe you can charge the Texans 10 dollars for a six pack of Budweiser.

Texas: where the steak is cheap, the weather is hot, and the women are even hotter; in two words, it rocks (oh, and don't forget about the Blue Bell Ice Cream!)!!!

From what I understand, the I.R.S. is a illegal entity of the U.S. government. Taxes were implemented during WW2 as a way to help support the cost of the war. It turned out that The entity did such a good job, the government keep it going. I was suppose to terminate when the war was over. The rest is History. Keep paying you taxes.......
