I've been told "There will be more "friction". (with a circumcised) The entire length of the circumcised penis will move across your genitals whereas the uncircumcised penis will "glide" in an out under the foreskin." Is this true and which feels better? How do they feel different?

Once it's gone it's gone forever, and he can't put it back. And be prepared to do jigsaw puzzles at bedtime for several weeks, because he's going to hurt really bad for a good long time. And if you're pushing him to do this, he may decide you're too selfish to be with anyway.

whether the feeling is different from an unsheathed male member as from one that is still sheathed is a matter of personal preference for the couple some people say that a member that is still sheathed can carry germs to where they don't belong :-( .
there should still be the same amount of friction either way because the foreskin will usually retract upon entry anyhow

You probably can't tell any difference. I suspect that with the uncircumsized ( like me) the foreskin retracts back over the head on insertion, anyway.
This may not be the case if the guy hasn't stretched the foreskin when masturbating, or cleaning.
Most guys I know who are not circumsized know about cleanliness, and clean under the foreskin regularly. That stretches it.

Uncircumcised is definitely better for sex. BUT... You heighten your chances of infection if they aren't circumcised. Bacteria can live under the foreskin and cause serious infection and even cervical cancer to the woman. So it's a risk... But it is better sex! They last longer (generally) and feel thicker.
