okay... so, I'm going to have to dress up as a hippie and i don't know what to wear... i have a tie-die shirt but i don't think that really represents a hippie... any tips are welcome

That tie-dyed tshirt is great. Make sure your outfit will include some hippie signs (peace sign http://images.search.yahoo.com/search/images?p=peace&fr=FP-tab-img-t-t500&toggle=1&cop=&ei=UTF-8) maybe on a ring, a bracelet, or just paint it on ur tshirt. Also, a coloured, long skirt with some flowers on it, would be great.

Try getting a drabby dress with bright and medium colors. Also try shopping at vintage stores, like Urban Outfitters. They have a ton of hippie clothes for the modern time.

k if u wanna look like a hippie wear the following:
Bellbottom(flared) jeans
A peasant looking shirt that is loose
Sandals
long braided hair extensions
no make up they r au naturel
and a colorful headband
for extra wear patches on your jeans that say peace, love harmony, joy, etc.
That should get cha lookin flower child chic ****a flower in your hair like a daisy would be good too.

sounds fun! is this for Halloween? anyway you can wear ripped jeans and tie up the tie-die shirt up into one of those knots that show your stomach, accessorize with hoop earrings, flip-flops and leave you hair down, not completely well brushed with a few braids in them if want you can also put a flower in your hair and add a peace sign necklace.

A bandana w/ the peace sign embroidered would do it. Also a peace necklace would be great. Good Luck.

Watch a movie and pay close attention to what they are whereing and copy that but make it a little uptodate and tighter ( cleaner 2 !!!! )
