A trick of nature, surely if then testicles are working properly!

No, neither disease nor sickness could cause this. I do not think it should be any worse a problem than having six toes.

go for a scan and see if it is working, i mean does sperms which i think it does. and you can have a sperm count test to see if you have more sperms than other men! then describe yourself as lucky! haha. you can be more fertile than others. go and have a checkup
