I have a chubby face and if I move my head in certain ways I get a double chin. Gross, I know but there are worse things in life.

Anyway, I'm not overweight anywhere except for my face. I don't get it. So, how can I change this? Are there like facial exercises I can do? I'm 29 and I have had this problem since I was 18.

it sounds like you just have a cute "baby-face".... is that really a problem? especially if you are generally in good health everywhere else, that actually sounds kinda cute to me.... it seems to me that the women with a little bit more fat in their faces tend to not "age" as quickly as others... the more filled out your skin is, the less likely it is to wrinkle...(so maybe consider it a little bit of a blessing!) tanning and smoking break down the natural collagen in your face, and that is why so many of us get pre-mature wrinkles... sry i have no solution, just encouragement, that what is undesireable to you is what other women sometimes envy...

its for genes i know a good exercize for it i read from magazine
try this: open ur mouth, move ur lower lips and jaw in a semi-circular motion, do this 20 times everyday, hopefully this is gonna make u loose fat in face & chew gums everyday which is gonna take off ur double chin

Just try not to eat foods that go to your face. You should just except who you are!
