for most women size doesn't matter but if you are smaller than a thumb (or forefinger)-YES. If you are small you better learn to work with other parts of your body and definitely how to use your tongue!

Yes, but to a certain extend. Even prostitutes are selective of their customers. Decent women will not go straight for the size. If relationship is also your concern, there are other factors more important than size itself.

From talking to many women the answer is yes. The ones I have talked to prefer them thicker as opposed to longer but they seem to like them long enough to have sex without it falling out all the time.

It all depends on the woman. Some women have tighter/looser vaginas. So some may like bigger .Some are satisfied with average.
