please tell me a list of proxies that are obscure and won't be blocked?

There aren't any. Good blocking services are constantly watching for proxies and update their definitions on a daily basis. Although you might find one that works today, most likely it will be blocked within a very short time.

hey try www.birdsflyfast.com , they have a signup facility with which they will notify you of their latest url if the current on is blocked, also try www.vtunnel.com , www.kproxy.com . enjoy!
