I sent mine hot air Ballooning for her 60th Birthday!
After a champagne breakfast & 1hour balloon flight over the countryside she said it was the best birthday present she had ever had & can't wait to do it again.
Your looking at around £100 but to see the smile on her face it was well worth it!

How about one of those rides in a hot-air balloon? Relaxing but exciting & certainly memorable.
Not sure where you live but certainly available in the UK - and since we're usually last to get anything, they must be available pretty much worldwide lol.
