my brother keeps downloading it and i want it to stop, and so if u know how to block limewire or the limewire site of it please tell me

block the limerwire.[tld] url on your firewall, or give your brother his own limited account on your PC which prevents him from installing any software

Delete it out of your computer. There's no other way to stop limewire from popping up. That was the same exact problem that happened to me, so then I deleted it. Hope this helps! - xoxoxo
