The theory of evolution is that Apes and White or black Humans potentially share an Ancestor. So yes if you believe in evolution any Himan no matter what colour or creed have a link back to an Ape like creature.
Oh and just for your reference ALL Homo Sapiens (Humans) originated fron Africa

I personally think everyone evolved from monkeys. That is not to say some of us evolved much less than others (cough, BRAD, cough!).

All people used to be neanderthals...blacks just seem to have evolved less since that time...probably cause of the climate in Africa
