Perverts. My kids just saw something they shouldn't have. What is wrong with people?

I am sorry, but I am ignorant of what an IM is.....
As to perverts, you said it all in your question. They are sick!!
It is not something they can control.They are addicts in one form or another.
Their brain waves are distorted in such a way that they cannot see any harm to how they think or feel.
Of course that doesn't mean I want them loose in society!Kids have quite enough to deal with without the magic of starting out in life being stripped away too soon. Neither should we any of us have to put up with a pervert's perversions; but we can learn to be a little more understanding of their problems.
Obviously there is no money in creating medications for perversion or we would have had it sorted long ago.

I haven't experienced that yet. I have only had losers IM me to tell me they didn't like my response to their question. Well, to those ppl I say, don't ask if you only want people to agree with you! I think it's great that you are actually a concerned mom and you worry about what your kids are seeing. There are far too many 11-year-olds on here that need their parents to actually PARENT them by not allowing them to be on the internet at such a young age. I even think 13 is too young for Answers!

You know I wonder the same thing sometimes. Just the other night, I'm chattin with a friend of mine when this guy sends me a picture of his penis. And my 10 yr old son walked by just as I was trying to get that crap off the screen. What the hell? He didn't even know me. I definitly reported his _ss for all the good it will do. Just goes to show, you have to be careful when you're online and your kids are around.
