Do you have pets? If the spots itch you could have scabies or some other type of parasite. I asked about pets because they can spread parasites (like scabies and ring worms etc.) I would make an appointment with a dermatologist or at the very least get a second opinion. Until your appointment you could try some Benadryl and Cortisone cream.

I agree, stick to non-perfumed products, natural clothing, like cotton. It sounds like an allergic reaction, something you've eaten or even something you've come into physical contact with. Retrace your steps bearing in mind what you usually eat/do/use and eliminate that from your life. It may take a few days but at least you'll know what it is and avoid it in future.

If it still persists without getting better, return to the doctor, or another one, if you feel you want a second opinion.

Good luck.

i have had that problem before well not actually on my breasts but under my arms. mine went by washing and drying thoroughly and using a non perfumed deodrant. the doc advised talc which is also good as this will help tp keep the skin dry as when its wet bacteria can grow. hope it gets better soon .x
