I'm looking to get my temps, temporary license. I am old enough to drive, but I believe the temps are required first. How can I get these?

I live in Columbus, Ohio, but any state information is fine, I can go from there.

Go to the local Department of Motor Vehicles/ Deputy Registrar and apply for a temporary package. ( where mom goes to get her license renewed)
If you're under 18 you will need a parents signature.
Take your birth certificate(certified) and your social security card with you.
Your parent will need their drivers license as well.
The package costs 22 bucks.
Check the link below to find the nearest station in your area.

Go to the DMV and get a booklet and study that. I thought all kids your age knew all about that stuff. When I was your age we all knew exactly what was required. The first thing we did at 15 was go and take the written and then the driving test. I think anymore you need to take drivers ed. My dad just went down and gave them a quarter and got his license. He had one speeding ticket in all the years he drove. It seems like the more they make you do anymore the more accidents and violations you get.
