it's true, you need one of the ONLY TWO water stones in the game if you want to evolve it again. HOWEVER! if you evolve it with a stone, much like most other stone evolutions, it will no longer learn any moves.
that's right. after it evolves again, it won't learn moves as it gains levels.
also, you don't need to put the thing about reporting people in your details. i'm sure it's aggrevating when people say things like "Ur 2 old 2 play dat game", especially because those people type like THEY are the kids. just ignore such answers, or report them without leaving it in the question.

It wont evolve. U need water stone to evolve it.
