i think they are so 1990! and they are so ugly. to give your body sexyness wear flare. but skinny makes you look like an upside down triangle!! WHICH IS FUKKIN UGLYLYLYLYLYLY!!!!!!!!!!

I just don't have the body for them. I have hips, not even big ones, but enough that I look like and elephant in skinny jeans- and I wear a bloody size six!! So I think you just have to have a more boy-ish figure to make them look nice. Buck the trend, wear what works!

Lol! You're funny, but it's not entirely true. On some people they look awesome, but IMO you have to be long legged and slim to wear them otherwise you do look quite 'upside down triangle' as you say. But people who can pull them off do look damn good. Flares really are out for the mo, I think bootlegs and minor flare are still flattering tho. :)

We like jeans that show what you have to offer. From the nicely curved rear to a well toned legs. Do you have something to hide? The ones that are bad is the ones that has thier waist hanging over the edge of thier pants. Just dress to flatter yourself the best you can. If we are looking we want to be able to say "That that looks finger lickin' good." not "Those look like chicken legs."

blech!!! i think we can all agree the flared bottoms, and low to mid rise are the most flattering jeans on the average woman... i have heard so called "fashionistas" saying that the morbidly super-skinny (and tall helps too!!) can get away with the pencil leg jeans... but why would they want to when you can wear bell bottoms!!?! i dont know why they ever went out of style in the first place!!! clearly, FAR more flattering...

It's all in the eyes of the beholder. What's ugly to some might not be to another. Skinny jeans should only be worn by skinny ppl. e.g., If you're big busted, you'd look top-heavy in skinny jeans, skinny person or not. But, if you have no boobs, then skinny jeans would look BETTER on you than flared, bcz flared would make you look 'bottom-heavy'.
Maybe you're not skinny?

Skinny jeans r nice if u have a good baody and wear the rite shoes with them (heels or boots) if u wear them with sneakers then ya they might make u look like a triangle....but hey ce la vie!?

They're another example of designers trying to sell you the unsellable....Skinny jeans are fugly, they don't look good on anybody...I definitely WON'T be buying skinny jeans this season (or any other season for that matter)...I don't know what to think of the people who buy/wear them just because they're in vogue (or somebody says they're in vogue)...

I have no idea but i hate them also!!!! I can't stand anything tight around my ankles like that not to mention they are ugly!
