mesotherapy / mesolift. using microinjections so it's non-surgical that you can do it during your break that's why it's called a lunch hour face lift because it's not so time consuming. it takes an hour or less per session. the effect of this is bruising and you can go abck to work. other than brusing, you're fine. you can move and proceed with your day :)

Some places it is microdermabrasion. Which really can be done in that time frame. In other areas, it is a procedure where they inject surgical strings into your face. This would require some down time and you really couldn't do it on your lunch hour. I think that they are advertising minimally invasive techniques for improving the appearance of your face.
