it depends where in australia. Sydney is 14 hours ahead. take there time minus two hours and change the am to pm or vice versa.

Your question is seriously flawed. There is no such time as 12pm or 12 am. the term am is short for anti meridean, now if u go another 12 hours either before or after, again you are on a meridian. so either use the 24 hour clock or use midday day or midnight.
