Its a really secure form of money transfer. You can either connect your credit card or your bank account. So supposed you bought an item from ebay. You check out using paypal and paypal will sent the selller the price of the product and then from there your credit card or your bank account will be credited. In the case of having something not show up or just plainly screwed out of your money you launch a dispute with the seller and you will get your money back. I just spend about an hour a night doing surveys and Yes there are legitimate surveys sites, personally I belong to the "top five" and , the best thing is I get paid good money monthly

you could send an email to the person who is selling the stuff you want.if they accept checks then make sure you get a recorded delivery.just in case they say the check hadn't turned up or if it gets lost in the post
