I hate to say this but ab workouts are more effective than you think. I also used to hate them because not only do they show immediate results, they also tend to make you feel more stressed than you already are. But trust me, with the right number of sets and with the right diet (as long as you don't eat too much carbs and oil, or eat out of boredom, any kind of food is fine).

Another suggestion would be doing Hula Hoops. It's more fun and it sculpts your waist giving you a curvier figure.

Lastly, you really can't isolate the body part you want to lose inches on. Our body doesn't work like that, try concentrating on the body part you feel more insecure with but still work out the rest.

well, i would first say is take back a few of the carb stuff.and try a new, healthier diet.maybe eat an apple before every meal so you won't get as hungry. and no soda pop with the meals, my friend. then try maybe a nice walk around the block once in the morning.if you feel like that's not enough, then do more.and try this for a week.maybe it may help.hope it helps you! good luck!

Eat healthy, eat less fatty or sugary foods. Although if you really want to lose inches you'll have to overcome ur hate of Abs workout, its the most effective. I hope this helps.

Diet, diet and diet - did I mention "diet"? And by that, I DON'T mean not eating or skipping meals. Diet is a way of life and based on sound nutrition. And it won't happen over night - it takes patience, consistancy and perserverace. There is much info in books and the web; do some research. Good luck.

Did you try to wear a corset? If you train adequately, you can have a very small waist with a corset.

Stay away for Fast Food...Drink lots of water..Walk, walk,walk..No eating after 6.00! Eat you fruits & Veggies
