Judging by your questions so far, I'm guessing you REALLY hate America. Why do you bother, Allahoi?

1. hating the US is like attempting to urinate upwind.
2. WE ARE SUPERIOR! ALL YOUR BASE BELONG TO US!

Seriously, go away, little man.

This is already happening.
Half the world is eating itself into obesity and IBS, while the other half starves and suffers from diarrhoea due to dirty water.

The trouble is not their fatness, but their ignorance. Go onto the US Yahoo Answers site and tell them the truth.

I do not want to go to the US. Why are so many of them over here? Bugger off I say.

Ok, first off, why do so many people want to come HERE? Stay the f*** home if you don't want to be like us, live like us! Yes, a lot of Americans are overweight, too much processed food, food with preservatives, fast food. It's faster, cheaper, easier. But you can't really say the whole country is of fat bastards.

MOST ARE NOT OBESE!!!!
God damnit I'm sick of you thinking that, especially because I just got back from a 6 mile run (a mile is quite a bit longer than a kilometer by the way). There is a weight problem but most are average weight. Oh, and I'm pretty sure the UK is facing a major weight crisis as well

According to the World Health Organization, 1 billion people are over weight and 600 million are malnourished.

European and Southeast Asian children are equally obese as American youth.

Obesity is a global issue.

That is A-m-e-r-i-c-a-n-s.
Yes we have a high rate of obesity, close to that of GB.

Since most Americans put in more hours working than most other industrialized nations, we tend to buy more prepared food instead of cooking our own meals. Way too many calories in those meals. Plus we have less time for exercise & relaxation. We depend on our personal automobiles too much instead of walking or bicylcing.

Now what is your excuse?

You refer to America as a country of fat bastards. That's much more preferable to a country of of ignorant bastards. If everyone was anything like you, the world would end as we know it.

Alot of people do not like to exercise (even simple walking) and many love there food so much that the idea of cutting their daily intake in half seams so wrong.

Having just been there on holiday, i'd say its gotta be in part due to the larger portions of food everywhere, more fried foods everywhere and the number of places offering all you can eat for like £3! Madness!

In the excessive heat of florida i struggled to manage one meal a day!
