In the political field. You're familiar with C-SPAN and recognize all the wind blowing around in Congress; especially in the vicinity of the White House and around the environs of the Pentagon.
And politics is quite and industry in its own right (and wrongs), appealing a great deal to special interest groups. A politico can make lots of money in bribes and cheating out public tax dollars.
Just have to blow hard enough hot wind.
