I have a dwarf rabbit that lives inside and just discovered tiny bumps on the outside of his ear. Inside of the ear is clear. What could this be?

What you're discribing feels like a pores and skin illness and confident cats get them. often times they're painful, different cases no longer. they are able to b dealt with with meds and topical strategies and you gets all of those at your vet.

all I know is this is not normal, I've had my dwarf for 5 yrs and she's never gotten them, I would take it to a vet.
