Ooooh - not if you have gallstones.

If you have gallstones, you could get a really bad case of biliary colic with that recipe!

On the other hand, if you have eaten this all your life you might not have gallstones because any tiny ones would have been flushed!

You can try it, but beware that a small fraction of the population will have terrible pains and wind up in hospital!

Not a really good procedure to do on your own. Elizabeth Lipski discusses it in her excellent book 'DIgestive Wellness' (Available on Alibris.com) and advises the reader to consult a holistic doctor or naturopath if thinking about using this procedure. In some cases it may cause real problems.
